Webhook delivery retry behavior in Kira Events version 1.1.

# Kira Events

Kira Events models webhook delivery through an injected asynchronous transport. The transport receives an event and a one-based attempt number, then returns an HTTP status.

## Retry budget

The default is **5 retries after the initial attempt**, giving **6 total attempts**. Set `maxRetries` to an integer from 0 through 10 to override it. A value of 0 sends only the initial attempt.

HTTP 2xx marks delivery successful and stops further attempts. HTTP 408, HTTP 429, HTTP 5xx, and thrown transport errors retry immediately. Other HTTP statuses stop without a retry. This fixture has no backoff or persistent delivery queue.

## Delivery result

`deliverEvent` returns `delivered`, `attempts`, and `status`. A successful first attempt returning HTTP 204 produces `{ delivered: true, attempts: 1, status: 204 }`. Exhausting the default budget with HTTP 503 produces `{ delivered: false, attempts: 6, status: 503 }`. A thrown transport error has a null status.
